After spending November serving food to Hurricane Sandy survivors, several Dumbo food trucks are finally returning to their normal posts. Cinnamon Snail, Mexico Blvd, and three others have returned to the neighborhood after serving up around 500 free meals a day in places like Far Rockaway and Coney Island.
