In Ludlow Street music club news, the 10-plus-year-old club The Living Room is being taken over by the owners of Piano's next door. This switcheroo was probably underway before Hurricane Sandy, but The Living Room's owners apparently took a $15,000 hit in that storm. The Piano's team isn't planning any major changes.
