LOWER EAST SIDE ? Hotel Chantelle has changed up the menu at its rooftop restaurant (complete with retractable roof for wintertime). In addition to a new focus on shareable plates, the new menu has a selection of sandwiches in the $12-$12 range and mains like lobster tagliatelle and mushroom risotto.
