That guy who sued Larry Flynt's Hustler Club claiming that he shouldn't be on the hook for his $28,000 bar tab because he was too drunk to make good decisions has had his suit dismissed. He apparently filed another legal action claiming the club lacked the right liquor license and that they hooked him up with cocaine, but the courts didn't really seem to care too much about all that.
