BUSHWICK ? Chef Simon Glenn's popular New Orleans pop-up Tchoup Shop at dba Williamsburg is expanding to the new Bushwick bar Heavy Woods. Tchoup Shop at Heavy Woods will soon be serving duck and okra gumbo and the like three nights a week, possibly expanding to a nightly gig, and he'll preview the menu at a party at the bar tomorrow night at 9 p.m. Check out a sample menu below.
