On tonight's episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay will scream at the staff of Mama Maria's, an Italian restaurant in Cobble Hill. The restaurant has seen a 10 percent increase in business since Fox filmed the episode in June, but the owner says that his customers have convinced him to bring back some of the dishes that were on the menu before Ramsay came in and changed everything.
