The guy who robbed a Tasti D-Lite and a Blue Marble Ice Cream a couple weeks ago apparently didn't take any time off from his banditry for Hurricane Sandy. While crime otherwise dropped 31% during and immediately after the storm, this dude committed eight more robberies, hitting two different Subways, including the one at 216 Atlantic Ave twice.
