Northern Spy Food Company's co-owner Christophe Hille says that business is pretty much back to normal after being closed for six days post-Sandy and losing an estimated $35,000. Hille's insurance broker has told him that he doesn't think insurers will pay for Sandy related costs, even though Northern Spy Food Co. pays about $16,000 annually in liability insurance. "It's not clear to me exactly what would have to happen for me to actually get a benefit from my insurance policy," Hille tells Ryan Sutton. [The Bad Deal]
