Shake Shack Long Island Is Just About Ready to Rock

Long Island burger fans, this is the moment you've been waiting for: Tomorrow, Danny "The Manny" Meyer will open a brand new location of his beloved Shake Shack chain at The Gallery at Westbury Plaza. The menu includes Westberry and Malt Witman Concretes. The Shack was covered in snow earlier this week, but now it's all clear. And in case you're wondering, that snowman had to complete a six-week Enlightened Hospitality course before he was allowed to stand in front of the restaurant.
