It could take up to three months for the Red Hook Fairway to reopen after Hurricane Sandy brought nearly five feet of flooding to the 52,000 square-foot grocery store. But DNAinfo learns that a full-scale restaurant will be added to the agenda during this clean-up and renovation period. "It's something that had been talked about, but now that we have work to do [on the store], it makes sense," spokesman Bruce Bobbins says. The second floor restaurant will be run by chef Mitchel London. [DNA Info]
