Jonathan Benno, chef at Lincoln Ristorante, is the subject of Vice's most recent Munchies episode. The softspoken chef and co. travel to Neta for what he calls "one of the best meals that I've ever had," and to Peter McManus Cafe in Chelsea. The crew ends up back at Lincoln for fried honey comb tripe sandwiches with lemon aioli and B&G hot peppers. "I love sandwiches," Benno says, "like, I'm crazy about sandwiches." [Vice]
