Is New York Ready for The Butcher's Daughter?

Later this month, New York will get to say hello to The Butcher's Daughter. She's not into meat and all that heavy stuff like her dad. Nope, the Butcher's Daughter likes leafy greens and yummy, refreshing juices.

The Butcher's Daughter is a new Nolita cafe from Heather Tierney, the cocktail maven who operates Pulqueria and Apotheke with her brother Christopher. The focus here will be on vegan fare and fresh juices, with a menu by chef Joya Carlton. Expect an opening in the next few weeks on a space near the corner of Kenmare and Elizabeth streets.
