After taking on four feet of water and thousands of dollars worth of damage during Hurrcane Sandy, Cha Cha's in Coney Island may be done for good. Owner John "Cha Cha" Ciarcia, who was forced to close his bar on the boardwalk before reopening on Surf Avenue in February, tells the Brooklyn Paper that "right now I can't answer the question of when we'll be back."
