Ivan Orkin will make a guest appearance at Smorgasburg this Saturday to raise money for a Hurricane Sandy relief charity. Orkin tells Grub Street that he plans to serve a "pretty standard bowl of nice, hot ramen" and will prepare about 300 bowls worth of prep. Accompanying the ramen guru is Shigetoshi Nakamura of noodle lab Sun Noodle. [Grub Street]
