Steve Hanson is expanding his burger empire into Battery Park City. Grub Street learns that Señor Steve will open a new Bill's Bar & Burger in the New York Marriott Financial Center, which is just a few blocks away from Shake Shack. The new burger restaurant will open this spring. [GS]
