Former Moomba owner Andy Russell is back in the nightlife world with Host Committee, a new business that hosts private events at New York hot spots early in the evening. People like it becase they get to go to hot spots that they normally wouldn't be able to check out, and clubs love it because now they have business from 8-11 p.m. How is this different than before?
