The Details: Chicago chef Rick Bayless is cooking an intimate dinner in the teaching kitchens at the Institute of Culinary Education. The $225 dinner will include margaritas, passed hors d'oeuvres and a four-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Bayless and Chef de Cuisine Andrés Padilla. Proceeds will be donated to the Mayor's Fund For NYC Hurricane Relief.
