1) Upper West Side: The space that used to be Gastroarte is now Andanada 141, with a new Spanish menu by incoming chef Manuel Berganza. Per a report on DNAinfo, Andanada 141 opened three weeks ago, after former chef Jesus Nunez left to open Barraca. Status:Certified Open; 141 W 69th St., 646-692-8762.
2) Midtown: Midtown's Nino's shuttered after a pretty nasty grease fire a couple of years ago. Midtown Lunch reports that it's reopened as Nino's 46, running a smallish menu of pizzas, Italian-American standards, and roast meats now during its soft opening period. 3) Hell's Kitchen: A new gay bar called Hardware Bar has opened on 10th Avenue, according to Zagat. It's apparently cash only with "moderately priced" drinks. Status: Certified Open; 687 10th Ave.
4) Midtown: Midtown Lunch also brings word of Spring, a new dumpling shop on 38th Street. The restaurant serves dumplings and noodles in a coffee shop-y sort of space, with wine and beer coming soon. Status: Certified Open; 36 W 38th St.
