The new taqueria from Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield in the Pod 39 Hotel will be called Salvation Taco. Bloomfield will be collaborating with Fonda chef Roberto Santibañez on the menu, which will include traditional Mexican tacos prepared with homemade tortillas, and also non-traditional tacos like skirt steak with pecans and braised lamb with naan.
