Per Se executive sous chef David Breeden is headed to California to work as the chef de cuisine at The French Laundry. Breeden is replacing Timothy Hollingsworth, who will is leaving soon to start work as a culinary consultant. Breeden began work at the French Laundry in 2005 and was eventually transferred to Per Se in 2007. [Eater National]
