The Details: During Neighbor's Night Out, 30 downtown bars and restaurants will offer specials and giveaways to those who purchase tickets for a $10 minimum. Doormates, a New York City-based start-up that connects neighbors in urban communities, is sponsoring the event and will match 100 percent of the funds, all of which will go to the Red Cross.
