Arlington Club Now Open on the UES; Eataly Truffle Day

UPPER EAST SIDEArlington Club, the new collaboration between chef Laurent Tourondel and the Tao Group, is now open at 1032 Lexington Ave. The menu includes steaks, sushi, and modern American fare. The restaurant is offering 20 percent off for its preview period, which is from now until November 21. Check back for more photos of the space next week. [EaterWire]

FLATIRON DISTICT ? Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich's mega-grocer and restaurant complex Eataly is hosting Truffle Day on Sunday. From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., white truffles will be sold at wholesale ($6.80 per gram) and the ground floor restaurants will all have one special dish that can get shaved white truffles for a $35 supplement.
