Danny Meyer Partners With Equinox for Creative Juice

New York City hospitality king Danny Meyer is getting into the juice game. The restaurateur's Union Square Hospitality Group has partnered with Equinox on a new concept called Creative Juice. The first two cafes will open next month inside the West 76th Street and West 50th Street locations of Equinox. The menus will feature cold-pressed juices, baked goods, salads, soups, sandwiches, and snacks, developed by chef Michael Romano. A press release notes: "Creative Juice will offer seasonal detox programs that combine their healthy food and nutritious juices to flush the body of unwanted toxins, reduce inflammation and decrease acidity."
