Apparently some motorists out on Coney Island Avenue are getting a little hungry while they wait for hours in line at gas stations. The solution? Ordering delivery to get dropped off at your car, something the Mexican restaurant Carlos and Gabby's is taking advantage of by passing out menus to the hungry (and probably really cranky) drivers in line.
