Neighbors Already Pissed at EMM Over FINALE and Bow

There's trouble already brewing on the Bowery at the EMM Group's recently opened mega project, with neighbors complaining that they are victim of the old bait and switch. When the project was blessed by the community board, EMM promised that it would have a full service bakery, an Asian restaurant now called the General, and a basement club that would feature live jazz. Fast forward to the present, and the only things that have opened are Travis Bass's latest project called Bow and a second club FINALE, which includes partners from Pacha. These two spots are drawing massive crowds, leaving guests to wonder where the fresh baked bread and smooth jazz are, and if they are ever coming. There have been crews working late into the night on the remaining build out for the General and the bakery, but it still seems like those openings are several weeks away at best.
