On November 17, Team Momofuku will host a lunch benefitting Dumbo's hard hit Governor. Sean Gray (Momofuku Ko), Matt Rudofker (Momofuku Ssam Bar), and Brad McDonald (Governor), will join forces at Booker and Dax to prepare a six-course meal for 30 people with beverage pairings by Momofuku Ko's Beth Lieberman and Booker and Dax's Tristan Willey.
