R.I.P. Larry Bloch

2012_11_wetlands.jpgLarry Bloch, the founder of the legendary Wetlands rock club, passed away over the weekend after an eight month battle with cancer. The Wetlands hosted gigs by Phish, the Spin Doctors, Dave Matthews, Blues Traveler, and many, many more, and was the ultimate place to see live music for fans of jam bands. Of Wetlands, Bloch once said he simply "wanted it more like people playing cool music for their friends." Mission accomplished. [JamBands]
