DOH Finds 42 Violation Points at Gaga Family's Joanne

More bad news for Joanne, the Deathwatched UWS restaurant from Lady Gaga's parents: On a recent visit, a DOH inspector found 42 violation points including six "critical" violations, which is enough for a dreaded C-Grade. Instead of settling for the letter grade, the Germonotta family opted to appeal the rating and post a "Grade Pending" placard. The restaurant's general manager tells the Post: "We're going to be taking it to court...So, it's bogus until November, when it's finalized. We're planning on disputing it."

Since opening in February, the restaurant received pans from the Post's Steve Cuozzo, Daily News critic Michael Kaminer, and Tables for Two. Ms. Gaga insists that the food there is "so freaking delicious."
