A Thai chef by the name Nam, who runs Am Thai Bistro in Flatbush, has taken over the downstairs kitchen at Greenpoint's No Name Bar. In the space that used to quietly pump out ramen, she's serving Thai food from 12:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. daily, with all dishes coming in under $10. [Papermag]
