In a nod to its origins as a hot dog stand in Vancouver, St Marks Place Japanese hot dog joint JapaDog is setting up a cart in Union Square. The cart was there yesterday, too, and the deal today is the same: free hot dogs from 10 a.m. to noon, and then $3 dogs until they close up at 6 or 7 p.m. [Local EV]
