1) East Village: At some point in the last two weeks, Turkish fast food joint Cigkoftem shuttered. The East Ninth Street restaurant was the chain's first US store. [EV Grieve]
2) Clinton Hill: Tonight is the last night for Rope. The Clinton Hill bar is shuttering to become a new venture by Pete's Candy Store owner Andrew McDowell, called Splitty. [DNAinfo]
3) FiDi: Earl's Court, the sprawling food court on John Street, is currently closed. The website is similarly down. [Downtown Lunch]
4) Noho: The pool hall and bar on the north side of East Houston, Soho Billiards, is dunzo. The 22-year-old billiards spot has been closed the last few days and has an eviction notice on the door. A customer confirms the shutter on Twitter. [EV Grieve, Twitter]
