2012_10_aamanns.jpgAamanns-Copenhagen, the Copenhagen import that was originally slated to open in Tribeca last December, will finally open its doors on November 2. The restaurant specializes in smørrebrød, which are small open-faced Danish sandwiches on malted rye bread. Owner Sanne Ytting and chef Adam Aamann-Christensen will also offer seasonal infused vodkas and aquavits. "This will be a piece of Denmark," Ytting tells Diner's Journal. [NYT]
