This week's New York Magazine features a hefty look at Juliana's, the new pizzeria from Patsy Grimaldi in the original Grimaldi's space. Since Grimaldi is 81-years-old and can't be as hands-on as he wants, he's enlisted partner, former investment banker, and "pizza nerd" Matt Grogan to soak up his knowledge.
