Little did we know how comfy we were going to get. McInnis is going to turn your elementary school lunch upside down with dishes that promise to blow the hairnet off your lunch lady: braised short rib "meat loaf" and fluffy mashed potatoes. And rather than your typical side of peas and carrots, he is bringing up a selection of house-made charcuterie, pickles, mustards, crispy bread, and, as he calls it, "all that jazz."
