2012_10_hungrycity.jpgIn her Hungry City column this week, Ligaya Mishan questions the genuineness of Williamsburg fast-food joints Blue Collar Burger and Lake Trout: "There is a fine line between homage and parody. What seems to have been forgotten here is that at those greasy holes-in-the-wall we cherish, people make an effort to do the best they can with the materials at hand. ... They don't just throw food onto your plate, even if it looks like it. They try." [NYT]
