Ivan Orkin has revealed the official menu for his collaborative dinner with April Bloomfield. There are still a few tickets available for the 5-course meal which takes place at the Breslin tonight and includes a pig butchering demonstration from Bloomfield and some items that will be on the menu at Orkin's highly anticipated new restaurant.
