Times wine writer Eric Asimov talks about his new book How to Love Wine on I'll Drink to That today. On his inspiration for the book: "I started thinking of the people who come up to me all the time when they learn I write about wine. And they kind of apologize to me for not knowing very much about wine and then they say, 'Oh but I know I should!' as if there's any obligation to know anything about wine...I just thought 'Well what is it about wine that makes people feel so insecure and anxious and apologetic and inadequate?'"
