Dale Talde is on fire. Earlier this year, the chef opened Talde and Pork Slope with partners John Bush and Dave Massoni. Now Dale is joining his bros. at their other Park Slope restaurant, Thistle Hill Tavern, where he will be the chef and a partner. For those keeping track at home, that means there will now be three Talde/Bush/Massoni restaurants in Park Slope.
Flo Fab reports that Talde will swap the current menu of Mediterranean-influenced fare for a "more traditional American tavern menu," with things like fried chicken and pork chops. Talde tapped chef Kerwin Chu to run the day-to-day operations in the kitchen at Thistle Hill. Perhaps it's time to rebrand this corner of Brooklyn as Park Talde. Or Dale Slope. Or Maybe just The Taldeverse.
