Anthony Bourdain and David Chang have a new PBS show premiering on November 9 called The Mind of a Chef. The show is narrated by Bourdain, who offers this summary in the preview: "From ramen to rotting bananas. From Copenhagen to Japan to Kentucky and Montreal. From pork buns to golf clubs, The Mind of a Chef is a rethinking of a travel cooking show, it feeds both the gut and the mind." [Eater National]
