Waxman Goes Mexican

New, 2 comments

2010_10_waxman1.jpgJonathan Waxman, a chef who is best known for his California style cuisine and his roast chicken at Barbuto in the West Village, is taking on a consulting role at Mexican chain Rosa Mexicano.
