New, 3 comments

2012_01_roofbarA new study shows that the new influx of roof bars in Manhattan hotels is extremely profitable, generating revenues of about $120 per square foot with a 50% profit potential during the high season. But the study also warns that not every market will be as successful as New York City, and says that the keys to a successful hotel roof bar include "a space-constrained urban environment, a high-rise building with flat roofs and breathtaking views." Sorry four story, slanted roof owners, it looks like you are out of luck. [KamaliWire]
