Diner's Journal reports that Milk Thistle Farms, a local dairy that supplied milk to several organic grocery stores and restaurants like Momofuku Milk Bar, has gone out of business. Owner Dante Hesse notes: "We just can’t keep it going anymore....We have had a host of unexpected problems over the last year...I made the difficult decision to suspend all operation about a week ago.” [DJ]
