Welcome Eater Vegas and Eater Philly to the Dancefloor!

At long last, it's a pleasure to announce two new members of the Eater universe. Please say hello to Eater Philly and Eater Vegas! They join the growing family of Eater websites — Eater National, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, Miami, Chicago, Austin, Washington, DC, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, New Orleans, Boston, and Eater Denver. Eater Philly and Eater Vegas will, of course, serve as the go-to sites for the extensive coverage of the restaurant, nightlife, and bar scene of which Eater is known for.

Eater Philly is headed by Collin Flatt, formerly the editor of The Feast Philadelphia, the now-defunct food site that was gobbled up by Daily Candy. Collin offers his absolute assurance that he will cover more than just cheesesteaks in Philadelphia.

Eater Vegas is headed by Susan Stapleton, a writer based in Las Vegas who's written for publications including Haute Living, Vegas Magazine, and Las Vegas Magazine. There's arguably no first-tier food city that needs de-bullshitification quite like Las Vegas.
