The Times Square Alliance is working on a plan to add colorful signs and lights to 46th Street's "restaurant row" to attract tourists. Says one restaurateur on the block: "In the last three years, business has decreased a lot, and it correlates with what they are doing in Times Square... After 8 [p.m.], we used to have a crowd, but people don’t walk this way anymore." [NYP]
