Cops arrested a man selling bricks of pot Rice Krispie treats out of his car in the East Village on Wednesday. Of course "The Rice Krispie’s Treats were packed in 'bio-degradable' plastic that listed key ingredients such as marshmallows and organic green butter" with a note saying, "Please dispose of the bio-degradable packaging responsibly."
