Attorneys representing Juliet Supper Club requested an adjournment yesterday in court in their battle to stave off eviction. As a result of this adjournment, Juliet has agreed to remain closed until a new court date is scheduled, which could take months. A message at the club and its reps claim that they will be undergoing renovations, but it seems clear that the club is fighting for its survival, something that seems far from guaranteed.
