Flo Fab notes today that the long in coming West Village restaurant from Bobo's Carlos Suarez in the old Village Paper space will be called Rosemary's. Running the show will be Bobo's new chef Cedric Tovar, an alum of Town and Peacock Alley. While his menu here will be Italian, Tovar will launch a new classic French menu at Bobo on January 30.
