The developers of the Trump Soho condotel are putting all of the unsold units and the common spaces up for auction. We wonder how this will affect Nello Balan's interest in the space (if that interest is still alive) that was once home to Quattro but is now being refered to sadly as The Restaurant at the Trump Hotel.
