RIPThe founder of roadside comfort food chain Cracker Barrel has moved on to that great rest stop in the sky. Dan Evins founded the first Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Lebanon, Tennessee in 1969 using family recipes, modeling the restaurant "after the country stores of his youth in rural Tennessee." Today, there are more than 600 locations in 42 states. [AP via Eater National]
