Davidovitch Bakery, the longtime Queens bagelmaker, plans on picking up where H&H left off and is planning 10 new retail locations over the next year and a half. Calling themselves the "heir apparent to that bagel legacy," owners hope to take over the Midtown location of H&H, which is still open but in the middle of an eviction fight. [WSJ]
